Company Policies

  1. Refunds
    We can only offer refunds if we are contacted via email at [email protected] within 30 minutes of receiving your order. We try to operate very quickly and efficiently, and often your order is already in our print queue within an hour, and out the door the same day.
    Once an order has shipped, as all orders are custom, we cannot accept returns or give refunds of any kind. Upon ordering, if designing online or uploading your design, you will see a proof of the final product. If we design something for you, nothing will be printed until you approve your custom design. Any errors found after you’ve approved, we cannot be responsible for.
  2. Errors in Printing
    We quality control every item that leaves- that’s the benefit of a small shop, a human touches every order. If, in the unlikely event you’ve found we’ve missed something that was our fault, we’ll gladly reprint the order and get it out to you immediately, correct.
  3. Privacy Policy
    We will never sell or give your information or files to anyone outside of our company, except in the course of doing business such as our credit card processing company, marketing firm, or other services. We are stringent in our commitment to privacy, and regularly check our information technology vendors and other suppliers’ security and privacy practices.
